CSM Companies, Inc Acquires Two Automotive Dealerships

On July 26, 2016 CSM Companies, Inc. completed the acquisition of two automotive dealerships in Monroe, WI. Dearth Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (formerly named Dearth Motors, Inc.) and Dearth Buick GMC (formerly named Charles Dearth Buick GMC) providing sales of new and used autos, as well as, parts and service maintenance & repair, including auto body work.

CEO Jim Moeller commented, “Entering the Auto Dealership business sector provides a separate platform for growth for CSM Companies. We are very excited about this new line of business and couldn’t be happier to have these two Dearth dealerships as the foundation.”
